ORDER ON MOTIONS TO DISMISS This cause came on for hearing before me on November 10, 1980, upon motions to dismiss filed by defendants Seminole Springs, Inc., Frank DeThomas, Richard Halsell and Carter Cabinets, Inc., and the Court, having considered the motions, heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: _ 1. The motion to dismiss filed by defendants Seminole Springs, Inc., Frank DeThomas and Richard .Halsell is denied. Plaintiff's action, including accounting of amount due, is limited to a foreclosure of the real property, unless plaintiff desires to seek additional relief, in which case plaintiff must amend its complaint within ten (10) days of the date of this order. 2. The motion to dismiss filed by defendant Carter Cabinets, Inc. is denied. 3.
