THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon
the Motion of the Plaintiff to impose sanctions and to
Default the Defendands, CUSTOM and AMANN, and the Court,
having considered the same, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, and finding that the said Defendants
have failed and neglected to comply with paragraph 2 of this
Court's Order of September 18, 1980, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The said Defendants shall have ten (10) days
from the date hereof in which to comply with paragraph 2 of
this Court's Order of September 18, 1980.
2. That an attorneys' fee of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00), is hereby awarded to the attorneys for the Plain-
tiffs, Brennan, McRliley, Hayskar, McAliley & Deckert, P. A.
- which shall be paid within ten days (10) of the date hereof.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Saint
Lucie County, Florida on this _L~ day of November, 1980.
