MODIFICT i Ic)N AGREEMENT

TNIS AGREEMENT between Robert L. Grover and Sadie F?.
Grover, his wife
(Borrower) and
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (Lender),
W I T N E S S E T I1, that
WHEREAS, Lender has heretofore made a loan to Borrower
i n t h e p r i n c i p a l a mo u n t o f Forty-thousand-five-hundred-dollars
($40,500.00)
evidenced by Borrower's Note in ttre amount of tl)e loan dated
January 6 , 1978 a n d
WfIEKF.AS, I3orrowr_r lras requested Lender to modify certain
provisions pertaining to the aforesaid loan;
NOW, TIIEKEFORE, in consideration of the-premises and _
other good and valuable consideration, Borrower agrees with

~ Mortgage recorded January 12, 1978 in O. R. Book 280 page 220 in
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Extension Agreement dated November 27, 1978 recorded November 29,
! 1978 in O. R. Book 298 Page 2415; Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
Extension Agreement dated October 17, 1979 recorded December 13,
1979 in O. R. Book 322 page 281 in Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida;
Entire principal balance with interest shall be due and payable
April 17, 1981; interest shall be payable quarterly.
Interest rate is 14$ per annum.
~ Maturity date is April 17, 1981.
Borrow._~r hereby authorizes and directs Lender to take any
action necessary to conform fire original Notes, security instru-
menu and other. collator-al documents to the terms as herein
modified, and by these presents accepts and confirms their
liability under said Note, security instruments and other col-
lateral documents, with the terms as herein modified.
Borrower further agrees that the fcregoing tta~3ifiration
shall in no way affect or otherwise release any collateral held
by Lender as s~~cerrity to said tlot~; but acknowledges :tnd agrees
that all collateral held by Lender as security to said Note shall
continue to secures the Note to the same extent and in the same
manner as if~the foregoing Modification had not been effected.
