BEFORE ME the undersigned authority this day personally
appeared JUDITH H. McCABE who upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That she is the daughter of NORMAN V. HUFF, who
died a resident of the State of Florida on September 6, 1971.
2. That subsequent to said c'_ate she has married and
is now known as JUDITH HUFF McCABE.
3. That her father, NORMAN V. HUFF, left surviving him,
in addition to your Affiant ,the following individuals, to-wit:

4. That my mother, MARIE V. HUFF, at the time of the
execution of the Fee Simple Deed slated July 2G, 1974, recorded
in OR Book 322, Page 960, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, was the unremarried spouse of NORMAN V. HUFF, Deceased
'i and remains unremarried to the date of this Affidavit.
~ 5. That the property described in that certain Fee Simple
Deed from EDWARD C. HUFF and RUTH. HUFF HALL to your Affiant, JUDITH
H. McCABE, dated July 22, 1974, and recorded September 26, 1974, in
OR Book 323, Page 958, in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and in the certain Fee Simple Deed from MARIE V. HUFF, to
your Affiant, JUDITH H. McCABE dated July 22, 1974, recorded July
26, 1974, in OR Book 322, Page 960, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, was not the homestead of any of the grantors named
in said deeds and that each of said grantors have never occupied or
resided on said property at any time and that the legal residence and
adlresses o€~said grantors at the time of execution ~f said Fee Simple
Deeds were not in St. Lucie County, Florida.
