SUBORAINATION AGREEI?1ENT
On the 22nd day of July, A. D., 1974, JUDITH H. McCABE,
executed a Mortgage to the undersigned, MARIE V. HUFF, which
said Mortgage was duly recorded in OR Book 232, Page 962, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on September 26, 1974, and
which said mortgage was given to secure a promissory note from
said JUDITH H. McCABE to said MARIE V. HUFF in the original principal
sum of FORTY SIX THOUSAND SEVENTY FIVE and 09/100 ($46,075.09) DOLLARS;

and
WHEREAS, said JUDITH H. McCABE is borrowing ONE HUNDRED THIRTY
FIVE THOUSAND and no/100 ($135,000.00) DOLLARS from THE FEDERAL
LAND BANK OF COLUMBIA, and as security for the payment of said loan
has executed and delivered to THE FEDERAL LAND BANK OF COLUMBIA a
mortgage bearing the date of the _Y~ _day of Nnvemher, A. D.,
1980, which said mortgage encumbers the real property encumbered by
the mortgage hereinabove described between said JUDITH H. McCABE and
said MARIE V. HUFF; and
WHEREAS,-said MARIE V. HUFF ever since the 22nd day of July,
A. D., 1974, has been and now is the sole owner and holder of said
mortgage above-described from said JUDITH H. McCABE to said MARIE

W I T N E S S E T H:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar
and other valuable consideration to her in hand paid, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, said MARIE V. HUFF hereby acknowledges and
agrees that as to her the said mortgage from JUDITH H. McCABE to THE
FEDERAL LAND BANK OF COLUMBIA dated the day of November, A. D.,
1980, and as to her rights and interests thereunder, the said morgtgage
dated the~,day of November, A. D., 1900, and executed to THE
FEDERAL LAND BANK OF~COLUMBIA, is and shall be a first mortgage and
lien on the real property hereinafter and in said mortgage described,
and that whatever interest or rights she may have in or to the said
real property under the mortgage from said JUDITH H. McCABE to said
