IT APPEARING from the evidence before this Court on November 7, 1980,
that GEORGE PROCTOR has failed to pay child support as previously ordered and is
found to be in arrears $1,887.00 Further Respondent is not found in willful con-
temQt to date because of unemployment.
ORDERED that any lump sum payments recei••ed by GEORGE PRO(:TOR shall be
n~id and credited to this child support account.
THIc matter is continued for 30 days or the next available Court date so
that the Respondent can obtain employa:ent or show cause why he should not be held in
contempt of this Court. All ~~arties concerned are ordered to appear before this Court
on Friday, December 19, 1980 at 10:00 AM.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry

of such further orders as may be proper.
