ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me on November 4, 1980,
on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and Plaintiff in Interpleader's
Amended Motion for Deposit, Motion for Order Appointing Guardian Ad
Litem and Administrator Ad Litem, Motion to Strike and Motion to
f Amend Complaint in Znterpleader, and the Court having considered the

record and the arguments of counsel, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
f 1. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is hereby moot as Defendants
i
withdrew said Motion;
2. Plaintiff in Interpleader's Amended Motion for Deposit is
hereby granted and Plaintiff in Interpleader is directed to deposit
Ten Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($10,000.00) with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for St. Lucie County;
3. The Court hereby reserves ruling on Plaintiff in Inter-
~ pleader's Motion for Order Appointing Guardian Ad Litem and
Administrator Ad Litem for thir 30) days from the date of this
Order, and, if a Guardian has not made an appearance in
this case and if an Administrator Ad Litem or Personal Representa-
tive has not made an appearance in this case during said thirty (30)
