O R D E R
Defendants, Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Inc. and Sun Banks
of Florida, Inc.'s, Motion for Order Compelling Discovery, and
said defendants'Motions to Impose Sanctions against Plaintiffs
Motion to Impose Sanctions against said Defendants were argued to
the Court. Said defendants' Motion to Strike Depositions From
Record was not argued, as it was not noticed for hearing on
October 8th, and may be heard att a later time.
After consideration, it is
ORDERED:
~ 1. All Motions to Impose Sanctions are denied, counsel having
stipulated before the Court that it was unnecessary to proceed further
4 with said motions.

2. Plaintiffs' Motion Under Rule 1.510(d) is deferred for argu-
ment until a later date, to be set by counsel with the Court.
~ 3. Defendants' Motion for Order Compelling Discovery is granted,
and plaintiffs are hereby required to answer each and every question
which they refused to answer in said depositions, at such time as
defendants shall schedule their depositions hereafter.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at he St. Lucie County Courthouse
at Fort Pierce, Florida, this day of November, 1980.
