The building; shall contain sixty (b0) residential units and four
(4) commercial units. The residential units are a conversion
~ of 122 rooms formerly used for motel purposes. The commercial
units are those areas formerly used in the restaurant-lounge room
reservations portion of the former motel. The commercial units
arc designated by the prefix "C".
A proposed annual budget has bean prepared and is
:.tttactied as Exhibit 4 to the Prospectus. This budget includes
expense items for loth the commercial and residential units.
