operate them as conunercial ventures or lease one or more of them
to other parties who will operate them in the same fashion.
There will also be a management contract between HUTCIIINSON ISLAND
BEACi! CLUB DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIUN and HUTCHINSON ISLAND BEACH
CLUB, INC., the terms of which are offered on Exhibit 5 of the
Propsectus.
3.2. APART~tl:N'1' PL~~NS - I:iPROt~E`~IEN'TS. The improvements
upon the lands are constructed suLstantially in accordance with
ni:ins and si~ecifications prepared by WILLIAM R. FADES, JR. and
FENTON, NOON & WiiITE, ARCHITECTS. Ti~ere are six typical floor
plans for the apartments. The six typical floor plans are
designated as Floor Plans A, B, C, D, E and F. Typical floor
plans for the 60 apartments are shown in Exhibit F, attached
to the Declaration.
3. 3 _ RECREA'CIONAI, FACILITIES . A swinuning pool will be
the only recreation facility to be owned as part of the
conunon elements by all unit owners in the Condominium. The
swinuning pool will be located upon the lands submitted to
Condominium ownership. The Developer will provide tables, chairs,
and lounges for the swimming pool recreation area.'
3.4. VOTE AND OWNERSHIP IN ASSOCIATION. Each apartment
owner in t e Con ominiuri is a mem er o t e Condominium Association,
and one person who is designated as a voting member by an apart-
mc owner or owners shall be entitled to cast one vote at any
:n~:~:i.ing of the ASSOClatlon as provided in Paragraph 4.4 of the
Articles of Incorporation of the Association, attached hereto
as Exhibit G and Paragraph 2.6 of the By-laws of the Association,
attached hereto as Exhibit Ii.
