3.7 AMENDMENT OF PLANS.
a. ALTERATION OF UNIT' }'CANS BY DEVELOPER. The

during construction of the buildings as long as those changes
do-not change the size of the units for which a contract of pur-
chase has been signed, unless such change in size is approved
by the purchaser effected by the change.
b. ALTERATION OF UNIT PLANS BY OWNER. The inter-
ior plan of a unit may e c ange y an owner, provided, however,
no change shall be made in load-bearing walls, load-bearing
columns, or other conwon elements or limited common elements.
Furthermore, no unit may be subdivided. Any change that is made
within a unit shall also comply with the requirements of Section
S of this Declaration of Condominium concerning maintenance,
alteration and improvement.
3.8 EASEMENTS. The following easements are covenants
running with t e an of the Condominium:
a. Utility easements are reserved through the
Condominium property as may be required for utility services in
order to adequately serve the Condominium; provided, however,
such easements through an apartment shall be only according to
the plans and specifications for the apartment building, or as
the building is constructed, unless approved in writing by the
apartment owner.
b. Ingress and egress is reserved for pedestrian
traffic over, through and across sidewalks, paths, walks and -
lanes as the same from time to time may exist upon the common
elements and limited common elements.; and for vehicular traffic
over, through and across such portions of the common elements
and limited common elements as from time to time may be paved
and intended for such purposes.
3.9 UNIT BOUI~DARIES. Each apartment shall include that
part of the ui ing containing the apartment that lies within
the boundaries of the apartment, which boundaries are as follows:

a. LTPPER AND LOWER BOUNDARIES. The upper boundary
of Units C-1 throug - is t e ower sur ace of the metal trusses.
The upper boundary of the residential units shall be the horiz-
ontal plane of the undecorated finished ceiling extended to an
~ intersection with the perimetrical boundaries. The lower boundary
of all units shall be the horiaontal plane of the undecorated
finished floor extended to $n intersection with the perimetrical
boundaries.
b. PERIMETRICAL BOUNDARIES. The perimetrical
boundaries of the apartment s a e t e vertical planes of the
undecorated finished interior of the walls bounding the apart-
ment extended to intersections with each other and with the
upper and lower boundaries. A1~ weight bearing walls, roof
trusses and solid concrete columns located within a unit con-
stitute part of the common elements up to the unpainted
finished surface of said walls. trusses and columns. All doors
and windows, glass or otherwise, which are in the perimeter
walls of a unit shall be deemed a part of the unit up to the
exterior unfinished surface thereof.
