The boundaries of each apartment shall also be deemed to include the individual air conditioning unit serving the apartment, and all related integral parts thereof. including. but not limited to, the compressor which is located adjacent to the Condominium building. Each apartment owner will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of his air condition• ing unit, all related integral parts thereof and shall insure the same against casualty at his expense, if such insurance is desired. 3-10 COMMON ELEMENTS.
