THIS INDENTURE, Made this 11th day of November, AD 1980, ~o
Between BERNICE D. FOSTER, of the Town of Washington Depot,
County. of Litchfield and State of Connecticut, party of the
first part, and LEONARD B. FOSTER, of the Town of Washington
Depot, County of Litchfield and State of Connecticut, party
of the second part, whose Post Office address~is Turner Road,
Washington Depot, Connecticut 06794.
~]ITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), to her in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and quit claimed
to the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns

releasee by Warranty Deed of Donald E. Smith and Diary F. Smith,
dated January 2, 1979, and recorded in the land records of
St. Lucie County.
