HomeMy WebLinkAbout0848 It is the further intention of the parties that this shall be a 30 year mortgage and not a balloon mortgage and all payments shall be calculated to have the entire principal balance repaid by equal monthly payments at the end of the 30 _ year period. This obligation may be pre-paid in whole or in part without penalty. If anv installments be not promptly paid within fifteen (15) days next after the same becomes due, then, at the option of the holder hereof, the full amount remaining due on this note shall thereupon become due and payable at once, together with all other indebtedness stipulated in this note and in the mortgage given to secure the same. All late payments shall, whether or not the holder of this note declares a default, shall bear a late penalty consistent with that charged by local, conventional lending insti- tutions at the time said late payment is made. ahe makers and endorsers of this note further agree to waive notice of non-payment, protest and demand for payment, and in the case suit shall be brought for the collection hereof or the same shall be collected upon der.~and of an attorney, to pay all expenses of such collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
