expense furnish the Purchaser with an Abstract of Title to said land certified to date.
8, That time is of the essence of this contract; and all covenants herein
contained shall extend to and be obligatory upon the successors, heirs, personal repre-
sentatives and assigns of the Seller and Purchaser, respectively,
9. Payments not made within 10 days of due date will incur a $10,00 penalty.
10. THIS CONTRACT CANNOT BE ASSIGNED WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT OF AVON MANOR PARK,
INC.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Seller and Purchaser have caused this contract to be
