M O T I O N
Petitioner, KAREN V. RHODEN, shows that the basic issue
of this action is the question of the paternity of HOPE VIRGINIA RHODEN,
the alleged illegitimate child of Respondent, NOEL LEE DUNCAN. Respondent
should be required to submit to a physical examination to determine the
blood type and HLA characteristics of Respondent so that Petitioner may
establish paternity of the child. Petitioner, KAREN V. RHODEN, moves
for an Order requiring Respondent to submit to blood tests and the
Human Leukocyte Antigens test to determine his blood type and HLA
characteristics.
