ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This cause came on before this Court on the 14th day of
November, 1980 upon the Petition filed herein by the Petitioner,
and upon the verified Motion to Dismiss filed herein by the
Respondent, PETER VALENTINE DeSA.'~iTIS, and the Court having con-
sidered said Motion, and being otherwise duly advised in the
premises, the Court finds and determines that the Petitioner
has been a resident of the State of Florida since the filing
of the Petition herein. Accordingly, it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Petition be, and the same
is hereby dismissed, without prejudice.
