ANNE G. BENNETT,

TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the wife's Motion for
Temporary Relief, and upon the testimony of the wife in open Court
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The wife is awarded the temporary possession and use of
the marital home of the parties during the pendency of this action.
The husband shall remove himself and his individual possessions from
the mobile home on or before Saturday, November 15, 1980, at
10:00 a.m.
2. The husband, JAMES L. BENNETT, is restrained from coming
about the person of ANNE G. BENNETT at all times and is further

restrained from harrassing the wife either in person or by telephone
or by any other means during the pendency of this action and
permanently. This restriction shall include a prohibition upon the
husband coming about the wife in either p•.iblic or private places.
The Sheriff of St. Lucie County is ordered to enforce the terms of
this order without further order of this Court. Should the respondent,
JAMES L. BENNETT, violate any of the terms of this order, the Sheriff
shall forthwith take him into custody and incarcerate him in the
St. Lucie County Jail and immediately notify this Judge of the
actions taken.
DONE AND ORDERED this 14th day of November A.D., 1980.
