This cause coming on before the Court on a Motion for 8nforcement and
the Court having heard the petitioner and the respondent having failed to appear,
and upon the record as kept by the Clerk of the Court, the Court finds the respondent
in arrears or. payment of temporary alimony and being fully advised therein thereupon
IT IS HBREBY CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the respondent is in wilful contempt of Court for failure to
pay promptly his temporary alimony payments in the amount of S35.00 per week and
is in arrears in the sum of $305.00.
2. That the respondent may purge himself by the payment of the same with
the payment of the balance of his monthly installment awarded in the Final Judgment
in this cause on or before the 15th day of November, 1980.
3. That in the absence of payment of satisfactory arrangement for payment

with the petitioner, as ordered, the respondent shall surrender himself to the Sheriff
of St. Lucie County, Florida to be incarerated therein for 3 days or until he shall
have purged himself whichever is sooner; in the absence of compliance herewith, the
Sheriffs all and singular, of the State of Florida are hereby authorized to take the
said RUFUS .TAMES STARLING into custody consistent with the foregoing.
4. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for further matters that
may came before it.
