Life Estate in leasehold interest of Site No. 36,
Seven Gates Farm Corporation, Martha's Vineyard,
Dukes County, Massachusetts, together with related
interest in and to two (2) shares of Seven Gates
Farm Corporation, Capital Stock
**This stock together with an underlying leasehold interest ending
on March 31, 2021, represents ownership of the premises and all
improvements thereon situated on the Island of Martha's Vineyard,
Dukes County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, described as follows:
Beginning at the Easterly end of a Cross Wall (or the remains
of a Wall) and the wall dividing this land from the land now or
I~ formerly of one Cavanaugh;
f thence Southerly by land of the said Cavanaugh and by said
Wall, 455 feet, more or less, to the end of said Wall, and con-
timing in the same straight line to the said North County Road;

thence Southwesterly and Westerly by the said North County
Road, 680 feet, .more or less, to a stone wall and to land of
Edward Roth;
thence Northwesterly by said Wall and land of the said Roth,
620 feet, more or less, to the above mentioned remains of a cross
wall and to other land of these grantors;
thence Easterly by said remains of a Cross Wall and by other
land of these grantors, 628 feet, more or less, to the place of
beginning.
