the sum of Five Thousand Dollars (65,000.00). This bequest is in honor of Dr. an
Mrs. William Rule, III.
(h) To the West Hamblen County Volunteer Fire Department,
the sum of Five Thousand Dollars (65,000.00).
(i) To my brother, William K. Tate, One Thousand Dollars
(61,000.00).
(j) To my niece, Kelly Tate, One Thousand Dollars (=1,000.00).
If she be a minor, at my death, said bequest shall be paid to her mother, Mrs.
S. D. Tate, as her testamentary guardian, until she attains her majority.

The title to all the balance, remainder and residue of my estate,
not specifically bequeathed, shall be vested in the above-named testamentary
trustee, for the following uses and purposes:
1. My said trustee is directed to reduce my estate to cash, and
is given and granted full and unlimited discretion as to the method and manner,
terms and conditions, and the time, for accomplishing such provisions and is
hereby given and granted full and complete power of sale and full an3 complete
power to execute any and all deeds, contracts or other written instruments neces-
sary and proper to accomplish this purpose.
2. One of the principal assets of my estate is the ownership of

certain shares of stock in Imperial of Morristown, Inc. It is my request, and
this is purely precatory, that in the dispositi~ of my stock ownership in said
corporation, the following named persons shall 'ue given preference as purchasers:
Fred N. Crider,Jr., tharles Ford, Henry Hulse, Frank P. Cantwell, and W. Blair
Ream. C.•
It is my intent that this preference as to ,purchasers shall not
remain in effect if Intr. Crider, Mr. Ford and Dfr. Hulse do not continue in the

active employment of the corporation or if Weesner-Reams Company, W. Blair Reams,
and Mr. Cantwell shall not continue as stockholders in the corporation.
3. After my estate has been fully reduced to cash, and after all
debts, charges and expenses have been fully paid, including the making of adequat
provisions for any dog that I may have, it is my will that this residual fund
shall be divided into one hundred (100) equal parts and shall be distributed by
my Executor and Trustee to the following-named institutions, for the following
