set forth uses and purposes, each institution to receive tha number of parts
hereinafter staled:
(a) Fourteen (14) parts to the TnLStees of King College, Inc. ,
Bristol, Tennessee, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest tha same, the annual
proceeds to be used for the Student Financial Aid Grants. These grants are to be
disbursed at the discretion of the Board of Trustees of King College on the basis
of individual student needs, so far as practical, and I request that, first, the
finds be used for graduates of bees-McRae College, Baruier Elk, North Carolina,
who are continuing their stuidies at King College. If there are no students under
this provision, the Board of Trustees may award Lhe finds to aid a student or
students at their discretion.
(b) Fourteen (14) parts to Berea College, Berea, Kentucky, to
hold, invest and reinvest the same, the annual proceeds to be disbursed at the
discretion of the college for its educational and/or student educational program.
(c) Fourteen (14) parts to ihion Theological Seminary, Richmond,
Virginia, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the same, the annual proceeds to
used at the discretim of the seminary in its student assistance fund.
(d) Fourteen (14) parts to Louisville Presbyterian Theological
Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the same,
the annual proceeds to be used at the discretion of the seminary in its student
assistance fund.
(e) Fourteen (14) parts to the Permanent Restricted Endowment
Fund of Lees-McRae College, Banner Elk, North Carolina, the college to hold,
manage, invest and reinvest the same, the annual proceeds to be disbursed for
work-study scholarships to be disbursed by the .Fir?af~cial Aid Director on the basi
of individual student needs. So far as practical, I request that, first, the
funds be used for a student or students who plan to continue their studies at Kin
College, Bristol, Tennessee. If there is no student or are no studdents under

this provision, the Financial Aid Director may aavard the finds to aid a student .
or students at his discretion.
(f) Ten (10) parts to the First Presbyterian g?urch, Morristown,
Tennessee, the church to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the same, the annual
proceeds to be used for the expenses of the church's Dial-A-Devotion program.
If said program shall be discontinued, or the investments shall return more than
is needed for the Dial-A Devotion program, then the excess funds shall be used
