for some other local special ministry program designated by the Session of the
church.
(g) Of the one hundred (100) parts, above provided for, eighty
(80) parts have been disposed of to the six institutions above-named, leaving a
balance of twenty (20) parts, which I am presently reserving in the event I wish
to, by codicil, add another institution or beneficiary to share in my residual
estate, or otherwise increase the gams to be received by the ones above-named.
In the event I shall not elect to dispose of the reserved parts by
codicil, then it is my direction that said reserved parts shall be divided among
the beneficiaries ratably in accord with the nunber of parts above-set-forth for
each.
IV.
My said Trustee shall receive, for its services as Executor and
Trustee, fair corpnesatian for its services, to be based upon that which is.cus-
tomary for the handling of estates of the size and magnitude of my estate, in the
East Tennessee area.

I, Clara T. TonQkins, cb hereby dispose of and give my body, after
E my death, to the University of Tennessee, Medical lhits, Department of Anatomy,
f~femphis, Tennessee 38103, or its designee, for educational, research, advancement
! of medical or dental science, or therapy. I request, authorize, and instruct my
surviving spouse, next of kin, Executor and physician who certifies~my death to
notify the University of Tennessee, i+iedical Units, Department of Anatomy
(Telephone: (901) 527-6641, Ext. 606), immediately after my death, of the
availability of my body.
