The instrument presented to this Court is an autenticat-
ed copy of the Last Will aand Testament of CLARA T. TOMPKINS,
Deceased, having been duly admitted to probate and recorded
in the Probate Division of Hamblen County, iennessEe, a
Court of probate jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the I
Will of the decedent complies with the laws of thz State of
Florida as to form and execution and that it devises real
property located in this county, owned by the decedent at the
time of her death; saic property described as:
Lots 10 and 11, Block 1844, Port St.Lucie, '
Section 7, Plat Book 12,Page 37A of the Public
Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
Lot 9,Block 1511, Port St.Lucie, Section 29,
Plat Book 14 at Page 8 of the Public Records
of St.Lucie County, Florida.

Will, the Petition for Probate and Order admitting them to

herein by Petitioner,it is
~ ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will
and Testament of Clara T. Tompkins, Deceased is admitted to
probate according to law, as and for the Last Will of the
decedent.
