the time of the making of his Last Will and Testament, died on
January 7, 1976, and a copy of her Death Certificate accompanies
this Petition.
S. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
the decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
6. FRANCIS D. McCRAY, whose address is set forth
above, and who is qualified under the laws of the State of

Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's
Estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal
representative because he is the alternate named personal
representative in the decedent's last Will.
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this Estate are as follows: '

Real Property - approximate: $12,000.00
Personal Property - approximate: 8,000.00 E
8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or '
Codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 9.

9. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated
December 7, 1967, and subscribed by MARIA BARROW, JEANIE LATTNER,

and CHARLES W. BLOEHM as attesting witnesses, accompanies this
Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will
be admitted to probate and L-hat he be appointed personal repro-
~ sentative of the Florida Estate of the decedent.
