ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
Trie Counterpetition of BETTY J. KAUTSKY for the
appointment of the guardian of the person and property of
MICHELLE MARIE JOHNSTON, coming on this day to be heard upon
the Stipulation of said Counterpetitioner and of the Petitioners,
JOHN WILLIAM MEEHAN, SR., and FLORENCE REGINA MEEHAN, his wife,
and it appearing to the Court that MICHELLE MARIE JOHNSTON is
incompetent because of minority of age, and that both of her
parents and natural guardians have died, and that it is necessary
for a guardian to be appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction
and being fully advised; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that BETTY J. KAUTSKY is
hereby appointed as the guardian of the person and property of
MICHELLE MARZE JOHNSTON, incompetent.
ADJUDGED further that said BETTY J. KAUTSKY is
required to file a bond in the amount of ~I~ CC - ~ U ~ p~
payable to the Governor of the State of Florida and to his
successors in office, conditioned upon the faithful performance
of all duties by the guardian, according to law.
