has consented to the appointment of your petitioner, and
its consent is filed herewith.
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are: An undivided one-third interest in and
to real estate having a value of approximately $25,000, said
real estate described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 3, ST. LUCIE GARDENS, a subdivision
of Section 7, Township 37 South, Range 41 East,
as per plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat
Book 1, page 35, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of the decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph
9.
9. The decedent died leaving a last will and testament
dated October 17, 1973 which was duly proved and admitted
to probate and record in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate
Division, in and for Ashtabula County, Ohio, a court of probate
jurisdiction, on June 26, 1979.
10. Petitioner is a resident of the State of Florida
and is qualified to act as ancillary personal representative
