Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of the decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 9. 9. The decedent died leaving a last will and testament dated October 17, 1973 which was duly proved and admitted to probate and record in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, in and for Ashtabula County, Ohio, a court of probate jurisdiction, on June 26, 1979. 10.
