~~tionment or exacting reimbursement from any person or trust for said taxes.
ITEM TWO: If my sister, MELINDA F. SMYTH, survives me, I give

',and bequeath to her all of the household furnishings and fixtures, auto-
mobiles, books, watches, jewelry, silverware, china, wearing apparel,
and all other articles of household or personal use, together with
.any unexpired insurance thereon, which I may own at my death.
ITEM THREE: I give, bequeath, and devise all the rest, residue and
remainder of my real and personal property to THE FARMERS NATIONAL BANK AND
TRUST COMPANY OF ASHTABULA, Ashtabula, Uhio, as Trustee under a living Trust
Agreement entered into by me with it on u

to be added to the property held in such Living Trust, and to be administered
in accordance with the terms thereof. My intention is to identify said
