Smith, deceased, having been duly admitted to probate and record in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, in and for Ashtabula County, Ohio, a court of probate jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the will of the decedent complies with the laws of Florida as to form and execution and that it devises real property located in this county in which decedent owned an undivided one-third interest at the time of her death; said property being described as: Lot 2, Block 3, ST. LUCIE GARDENS, a subdivision of Section 7, Township 37 South,- Range 41 East, as per plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the will, application to probate will and entry admitting will to probate in the proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed herein by petitioner; it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the last will and testament of Elizabeth Z. Smyth, deceased, is admitted to probate according to law, as and for the last will of the decedent. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Ann A.
