ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE
1. QUEENS COVE PROPERTIES, INC., does hereby acknowledge that it
received from Malcolm P. Hooker and Margaret W. Hooker, the five
thousand ($5,000.00) dollars referred to in Paragraph 1 of that
agreement dated the 29th of April, 1980, relative to Lot F, Block 6,
of QUEENS COVE, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 11, pages 12A, B and C, public records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
2. QUEENS COVE further acknowledges that it will comply with Paragraph
3 thereof and that the successors in ownership to the Hookers of the
above-described property shall be entitled to all rights thereunder,
with the successors in ownership succeeding to the obligations of
Paragraphs 4 and 5.
