as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9,
page 43, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared HAROLD COWAN, who, upon first being duly sworn did
depose and say:
1. That he is the surviving spouse of LOUISE F. COWAN,
who departed this life on February 5, 1979.
2. That HAROLD COWAN and the said LOUISE F. COWAN, were
the grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed
by wherein the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
HAROLD COWAN was married to the said LOUISE F. COWAN and that
said marital relationship continued without interruption until -
the death of the said LOUISE F. COWAN.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
