LEGAL DESCRIPTION
An undivided two-fifths interest in and to the following
described property:
The East 332.5 feet of the North 1200 feet of the NW 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 175 feet of the North
471.55 feet thereof; ALSO EXCEPTING the right of way for
Orange Avenue. LESS AND EXCEPTING that certain property
taken by eminent domain by Order of Taking dated November
14, 1975 and recorded in O.R. Book 245 Page 2524 of the
Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida taking the following
described property:
That part of: "The East 332.5 feet of the North 1200 feet
of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East; less and except the East
175 feet of the North 471.55 feet thereof," Lying within
the boundaries described as follows: Commence at a point on
the South boundary of above Section 12 located South 89°
40'15"West 2631.19 feet of the Southeast corner of said
Section 12; thence run North 21°27'58"West 2828.59 feet;
thence North 89°37'33" East 1080.76 feet; thence South
00°22'27" East 75 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
