Putnam, Jr. as to an undivided four-fifths interest and
Patrick B. Lally as to an undivided one--fifth interest in
favor of E.E. Whitaker and Norma L. Whitaker, his wife dated
February 21, 1973 and recorded in O.R.Book 211 at Page 699
of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida in the
original principal amount of $113,600.00.
Subject to that certain Mortgage Deed executed by Patrick B.
Lally in favor of E.E.Whitaker and Norma L. Whitaker, his
wife dated March 24, 1976 and recorded in O.R.Book 251 at
Page 595 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida
securing two Notes, one in the amount of $3,297.64 and the
other in the amount of $2,272.00.
Subject to that certain Mortgage Deed executed by David B.
Putnam, Jr. in favor of E.E.Whitaker and Norma L. Whitaker,.
his wife dated April 2, 1976 and recorded in~O.R.Book 251 at
Page 599 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,Florida.
Subject to that certain Mortgage Deed executed by David B.
Putnam, Jr. in favor of E.E.t9hitaker and Norma L. Whitaker,
' his wife dated April 19, 1978 and recorded in O. R. Book 285
at Page 1852 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County ,
Florida in the original principal sum of $9,088.00.
Subject to that certain Mortgage Deed executed by David B.
Putnam, Jr. in favor of E.E.Whitaker and Norma L. Whitaker,
his wife dated April 9, 1979 and recorded in O.R.Book 306 at
Page 2905 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida
in the original principal amount of $9,088.00.
Subject to that certain Mortgage executed by Jacobson Real
Estate of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida Corporation in favor
of David B. Putnam,Jr. dated November 6, 1980 and recorded
in O. R. Book 342 at Page 2124 of the Public Records
of St.Lucie County, Florida in the original principal amount
of $50,000.00.
