WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS (;10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid
` by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to said Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, the Following describ-
ed real property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie, and State of
Florida, to wit:
Condominium Parcel No. 7311, of CATAMARAN II, a Condominium, according to the
~ Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 334,
• at Page 2451, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
` This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees

to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
~"2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other /
matters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of •
~he same.
~ 3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. ~

4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents run with the land. j
The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owners ~ i
Association. ~ ~ ~
_ The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the •
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, ~
~ through 'or under Grantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of
E f such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.

IN NITNESS MHEREOF, Hutchinson Island Limited, Inc., has caused this Deed to be
