AFFIDAVIT

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared JANET M. PATTERSON, who being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
1. That she is the owner of the following described
real property:
Lot 11 and the West 25 feet of Lot 12, Block 14,
Maravilla Plaza, according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 44, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida:
2. That there have been no labor, materials, or services
furnished for improvement of said property which remain unpaid.
3. That there are no liens or judgments outstanding
against the property which were incurred for or on behalf of
the affiant, and she is not indebted to anyone for any of
such property, except as set forth in that certain deed of
even date herewith conveying the aforesaid property to JO ANN
~ ALLEN and WAYNE E. ALLEN, her husband.

Johanna H. Donnelly and James A. Donnelly, her husband, and

i being personally acquainted with them during the period of
September 1955 until July 3, 1960, she knows that during said

period that they were continuously married to each other.
