O R D E R
This cause came on for hearing on November 3, 1980, and
the Court having heard argument of counsel of record and having
given full consideration of all the evidence, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That commencing the ~ day of 1980,
defendant, ROBERT LEE DAVIS shall pay to plaintiff, SHIRLEY FERRELL,
the sum of $25.00 each and every week for support of the minor
child of the parties, TIFFANY S. DAVIS, date of birth, December 4, t
1977.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
~ by him remitted promptly to plaintiff, SHIRLEY FERRELL. In ad-
dition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their m 'li
ai ng and residence addresses at all times while this
order is in effect.

~ 2. That defendant, ROBERT LEE DAVIS, shall have reasonable

visitation of the minor child of the parties.
3. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto,
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
