ORDER OF MODIFICATION
This cause, coming on to be heard upon the Petition for
Modification of TONY CRAWFORD EVANS, husband in this cause, and
the court having given full consideration to all the evidence and
having heard argument of counsel for both parties and being other-
wise fully advised in the premises,
The court finds that it has jurisdiction of both the
subject matter and of the parties to this cause; It is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment of Dissolu-
tion of Marriage and all prior orders of this court in the above-
styled cause are modified as follows:
1. The wife, LINDA LEE EVANS MOTES, herein shall forthwith
have permanent care, custody and control of the minor children of
the parties, TIMMY JAY EVANS and TONY LEE EVANS.

2. The husband shall have the following visitation rights:
! a) Every other weekend from 6:00 P.M. Friday evening
until 6:00 P.M. Sunday evening;
b)~ One half (1/2) of all school holidays;
c) Six (6) weeks during the summer.
3. The. parties will support the minor children in the
following manner:
a) The wife, LINDA LEE EVANS MOTES, will be responsible
for the housing, feeding and immediate furnishings of the minor
a
children;
b) The husband, TONY CRAWFORD EVANS, shall be responsibl
for the clothing, toys and physical needs of the minor children;
c) Both parties shall have equal responsibilities as far ,
as the medical and dental needs of the minor children so as not
to be a burden on either party.
