PETITION FOR DISCHARGE .
The undersigned, as personal representatives of
the above estate, allege:
1. The decedent, Frank E. Brewer, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on April 17, 1975, and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioners on April 18, 1975.
2. Petitioners file herewith either a final account-
ing containing a complete report of all receipt and dis-
bursements since the commencement of administration of this
estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed
herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons,
other than Petitioners, waiving the filing of a final account-
ing.
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate

j by making payment,. settlement, or ether disposition of all
I valid or enforceable claims and debts, and~by paying or
~ making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses
of administration.
~ 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid
~ to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, ap-
praisers or other agents employed by th,e personal representatives
is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. ~ `
5. Petitioners have filed all required estate tax re- j
~ turns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department

of Revenue of the. State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
~ with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
~t f
l
obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
