I, JOHN ~P. O~BRIEN, of the City of Ashtabula, County of Ashtabula and
State of Ohio, being of-full age and of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to be mpi Last (Pill and Testament, hereby revoking all wills by me here- -
tofore made.

ITEIt I. I direct that all mar 3ust debts and funeral expenses be
paid out of ~ estate as soon as practicable after the time of my decease.
ITELt II. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real
and personal, of every kind and description, wheresoever situate, which I may own
or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease, I give, bequeath and
devise to L~LII~A S1rfITH, of 1031 Prospect Road, Ashtabula, Ohio, absolutely and in
fee simple, if living at the time of my decease, but if not then to her sister,
ELIZABETH S1lITH, of 1031 Prospect Road, Ashtabula, Ohio, her heirs and assigns.
ITEIIf III. I make, -nominate and appoint 1~LII~A St!ITH, of 2031 Prospec
Road, Ashtabula, Ohio, to be the executrix of this, my Last 17111 and Testament,
hereby authorizing and empowering my said executrix to compound, .compromise, settle
and adjust all claims and demands in favor of or against my estate; and to sell,
at private or public sale, at such prices, and upon such terms of credit or otherwis
as she may deem best, the whole or any part of my real or personal property, and to
execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds and other proper instruments of conveyance
thereof to the purchaser or purchasers. No purchaser from my executrix need sbe to l
the application of the purchase money to or for the purposes of the trust, but the
receipt of my executrix shall be a complete discharge and acquittance therefor.
I request that no bond be required of my said executrix.
