ORDER ADMITTING AUTHENTICATED COPIES
TO PROBATE AND RECORD
The instrument presented to this Court as an authenti-
cated copy of the Last Will and Testament of John W. O'Brien,
deceased, having been duly admitted to probate and record in
the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, in and for
Ashtabula County, Ohio, a court of probate jurisdiction, and
this Court finding that the will of the decedent complies with
the laws of Florida as to-form and execution and that it devises
an undivided one-third interest in real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, held by the decedent at the time of
his death; said property described as:
Lot 2, Block 3, S~. LUCIE GARDENS, a subdivision
of Section 7, Township 37 South, Range 41 East,
as per plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat
Book 1, page 35, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the

will, petition for its probate and order admitting it to pro-
f
bate in the proper court of the domiciliary state have been
i filed herein by the petitioner, it is
i
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the last will ,

and testament of John W. O'Brien, deceased, is admitted to
probate according to law as and for the Last Will and Testament '
