PETITION FOR LEA`lE TO SELL
The Petition of JACKIE CAYNON respectfully shows:
1. CABBIE B. JOHNSON died on February 2, 1962; the estate was
re-opened on April 17 1979 and petitioner was re-appointed
personal representative of this estate for the purpose of selling
property still remaining in the estate; petitioner deems it for the
best interest of the estate that the following described property
be sold:
Beginning at the NW corner of property presently owned
by Robert Cullins; run thence southerly along the west
boundary of the property owned by Cullins to the northern
road right-of-way for Avenue F; run thence westerly to
the east right-of-way of 13th St.; run thence along the
East right-of-way of 13th St. to a point due west of the
POB; thence run east to the POB. (This description shall
be refined after getting a legal description of the Cullins
property.) Property described on attached Exhibit "A" also included.
2. Petitioner entered into a contract for sale dated November
~ 17, 1980 as to said property with ROBERT CULLINS for Three Thousand

($3,000.00) Dollars cash.
3. It will be to the best interest of the estate to sell said
{ property at private sale pursuant to the contract set out above.
~ WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that an Order allowing him to sell
t said property be entered, authorizing sale to be made at private sale
to the party set out above for the amount and on the terms set out
