i memory: but knoiing the uncertainty of this life, do make this my

f,~ After the payment of my dust debts and funeral charges, I
bequeath and devise as follors: ,
1. My home property, being the land and buildings thereon, locate'i at 18 ~
Linseed Road, Hatfield, Massachusetts, to api daughter, Patricia E. Cady.
2. To Frances K. Labbee, apt daughter in law, apt pearls with platinum and
{diamond clasp, and also my Ma3orca pearls.
'3. To Dolores H. Labbee, apt daughter in law, app diamond ear rings and my ~
!diamond engagement ring.
4. To aQr daughter in i aw, Beverly Labbee, apt opal ring. ~ •
•5. To apt daughter Patricia E. Cady, apt 2 gold necklaces, 1 gold bracelet,
and a{y gold earings.
6. To rpr son, Richard H. Labbee, ten (10) of aq~ shares of Labbee Chevrolet,
;Inc. stock.
~7. To apt son, Charles A. Labbee, twenty-five (25)_shares of Labbee Chevrolet,
!Inc. stock.
~ 8. All the rest and residue of apt Estate to app sons: Richard H. Labbee,
Charles A. Labbee, James F. Labbee and ar~v daughter, Patricia E. Cady, to be 1~
divided among them, equally, share and share alike, excepting that one quarter t`
of said residue is to be deducted from said Patricia E. Cady's share
4considering the sole devise to her of the real estate in paragraph #1 of ii
this wil?. The one quarter share in said residue shall o to her three j~
brothers, chard ?-I. Labbee, Charles A. Labbee and James~Labbeer to be 4~
shared by then equally.
I nominate and appoirrt, apt son, Richard H. Labbee as Executor of.this, a{y ~4
} last will and testament, and direct that he be exempt from fur?u.szsng any I
