RUSSELL, PROBATE NO. g U 5 ~ 2 C? }3 Deceased PETI'PION FOR ANCILLARY LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION Petitioner, JOSEPH E. MACALEER, a resident of Palm Beach County, Florida, alleges:. 1. JAYNE M. RUSSELL, died on February 25, 1980 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, leaving a Last Will dated May 23, 1979 fully executed by the Testatrix in the presence of three subscribing witnesses, MELINDA HURT , DORA SIDES, and SHARON LOPEZ, when she was over the age_of eighteen years. 2. The Decedent at the time of her death was domiciled in Bexar County, Texas and owned certain property in the State of Florida, consisting of real property situated in St. Lucie County Florida, having a value of approximately Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars. 3. The Will of the Decedent was duly admitted to Probate and record in the County Court of Bexar County, Texas, by Order ! dated March 18, 1980, that Court having probate jurisdiction at E f the domicile of Decedent. ~ 4. Petitioner attaches as Exhibit "A" a duly authenticated transcript of the appropriate portions of the domiciliary proceedings ~ pursuant to Rule 5.470 of Florida Rules of Probate and Guardianship Procedure, the documents by reference being made a part of this ~ petition. 5. The names, ages and relationships and residences of the beneficiaries of the Testatrix are as follows: r F Listed on Exhibit "B" hereof and incorporated herein E by reference. 6.
