I, Jayne M. Russell, residing in San Antonio, CoU?nty of ~
Bexar and State of Texas, which I declare to be my present domicile, •
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament.
FIRST: I hereby revoke any and all wills, testaments and
codicils at any time heretofore made by me.
SECOND: I direct that all death taxes, by whatever name
known, whether estate, inheritance, succession, legacy, transfer
or otherwise, including all penalties and interest thereon, pay-
able by reason of my death, which may be assessed or imposed by
. any jurisdiction with respect to property passing under this
Will or property not passing under this Will shall be paid out
of r.?y residuary estate as an expense of administration.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath the following items,
if owned by me at the time of my death, to the individuals
listed below:
A. To my daughter, Patricia Dale Morgan, if she
shall survive me by at least thirty (30) days, all real
property which I own in the State of Florida together
with all insurance related thereto. If my said daughter
should fail to survive me by at least thirty (30) days
or refuse to accept this specific bequest, I give,
devise and bequeath the aforesaid Florida real property
and the insurance related thereto to my daughter's
.husband, Michael F. t4organ, if he shall survive me by
at least thirty (30) days. If the said Michael F. Morgan
should fail to survive me by at least thirty (30) days _
~ or refuse to accept this specific bequest I give, devise
and. bequeath the aforesaid Florida real property and
# the insurance related thereto to the then surviving
~ children of m dau titer, Patricia Dale Mor an, in
~ equal shares per capita. g
B. To my son, Michael J. Alexy, if he shall
survive me, my metal sculpture. If my said son
should fail to survive me or refuse to accept this
specific bequest, this specific bequest shall lapse
~ and become a part of my residuary estate to be
disposed of as hereinafter directed in Article
s ~ "SIXTH" hereof.
