C. To my friend, Joan Shannon, if she '
shall survive me, my personal clothing. If the said
i Joan B. Shannon should fail .to survive me or refuse
to accept this specific bequest I give, devise and
~ bequeath my personal clothing to my son, Michael J. f
Alexy, and my daughter, Patricia Oale Morgan, in equal
shares per capita, or all to the survivor of them,
such shares to be valued and divided among my children
in a manner to be determined by my children. In the
event that my children shall be unable to agree upon
the manner of distribution of this specific bequest
within three (3) months after the appointment of my
Executor then this bequest shall lapse and become a
part of my residuary estate to be disposed of as here-
inafter directed in Article "SIXTH" hereof.
D. To my son, Michael J. Alexy, if he shall
survive me by at least thirty (30) days, my real ~
property in Fayetteville, Arkansas, together with all '
improvements thereon and all insurance related there-
to, described as one square acre of the southeast
corner of E/2 NE/4 S14 T16N R 30 W more commonly
known as 35 Stonebridge Road, Fayetteville, ~?rkansas, '
provided my said son shall assume all indebtedness,
if any, against said real property and improvements.
If my said son should fail to survive me by at least
thirty (30) days or refuse to accept this specific
bequest, I give, devise and bequeath the property
which is the subject of this specific bequest under
the same terms and conditions to my daughter, Patricia
Dale Morgan, if she shall survive me by at least
thirty t30) days. If my said daughter should fail to
survive me by at least .thirty (30) days or refuse to
accept this specific bequest, this specific bequest }
shall lapse and become a part of my-residuary estate
to be disposed of as hereinafter directed in Article
"SIXTH" hereof.
E. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) cash to my friend,
Joan B. Shannon, if she shall survive me by at least
- thirty (30) days. If the said Joan B. Shannon shall
fail to survive me by at least thirty (30) days or
refuse to accept this specific bequest, this specific
bequest shall lapse and become a part of my residuary
estate to be disposed of as hereinafter directed in
Article "SIXTH" hereof.
F. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of One
t Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) cash to my deceased
husband's cousin, Janet Haxwell, if she shall survive
` me by at least thirty (30) days. If the said Janet
Maxwell shall fail to survive me by at least thirty
(30) days or refuse to accept this specific bequest,
this specific bequest shall lapse and become a part
of my residuary estate to be disposed of as hereinafter
directed in Article "SIXTH" hereof.
G. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of Five .
Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) cash to Kevin F. Russell
~ if he shall survive me by at least thirty (30) days.
If the said Revin F. Russell shall fail to survive me
by at least thirty (30) days or refuse to accept this
specific bequest, this specific bequest shall lapse
and become a part of my residuary estate to be disposed
~ of as hereinafter directed in Article "SIXTH" hereof.
