~ EXHIBIT "A" ~
FOURTH: I give and bequeath all of my personal effects
•and household goods, not otherwise hereinabove disposed of in
',Article "THIRD" hereof together with all insurance policies
related thereto to my daughter, Patricia Dale Morgan, if she ~

shall survive me by at least thirty (30) days. If my said daughter ~
ishould fail to survive me by at least thirty (30) days or refuse ~N
i
to accept this specific bequest, I give, devise and bequeath
~ this specific bequest to my son,~Michael J. Alexy, and my son-
in-law, Michael F. Morgan, in equal shares per capita or all to
the survivor of them. In the event that the aforesaid bene-
ficiaries shall be unable to agree upon the manner of distri-
bution of this specific bequest within three (3) months after
the appointment of my Executor, then this bequest shall lapse
and become a part of my residuary estate to be disposed of as
hereinafter directed in Article "SIXTH" hereof.
FIFTH: For purposes of this Will or any codicil to it
the term "my residuary estate" means all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate not otherwise disposed of in Articles
•"THIRD" and "FOURTH" hereof, both real and personal, of every
j nature and wherever situated, of which I might die seized or '
~ possessed, including without limitation,•all property which I
f
acquire or become entitled to after the execution of this Will
and all other property which I fail to dispose of herein, by
reason of lapse or other cause, after the payment of debts,
funeral expenses and administration expenses but before payment
of the death taxes directed to be paid by Article "SECOND"
hereof.

SIXTH: After the payment of the death taxes directed to be
paid by Article "SECOND" hereof, I give, devise and bequeath my
residuary estate to the following beneficiaries, in the propor-

tions set out as follows:
