SEVENTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint as
Independent Executor of this Will and of my estate my brother,
Joseph E. MacAleer. In the event my said brother should fail to

I direct that no Executor or Trustee acting hereunder
shall be required to give any bond or other security for the R

'shall be required thereon; nor shall any action be had in the 4
'County or Probate Court in relation to the settlement of my
estate other than the probating and recording of this Will and
the return of the statutory inventory, appraisement and list
