` approval of any Court and shall be exercisable by successor or '
substitute Executors and Trustees at any time acting.
~NINT~i: If, pursuant to this Will or any codicil to it, all
or any part of my estate or any trust created hereunder shall vest
;in absolute ownership in a beneficiary then under a legal dis-
'iability, I authorize and empower my Trustee in his discretion, to , `
'hold the property so vested in such beneficiary, or any part
1thereof, in a separate fund for the benefit of such beneficiary, ~
i sand to invest and reinvest the same, collect the income therefrom w
t
land during the legal disability of such beneficiary, to pay or

apply so much or all of the principal thereof and so much or all
jof the net income therefrom and any accumulated income to or for
~ ~
`the use of such beneficiary, as my Trustee shall see fit, and to
'accumulate, invest and reinvest the balance of said income until
such legal disability shall be removed, and thereupon to pay
over the then principal, together with any accumulated income, to
:such beneficiary and if such beneficiary shall die before such

legal disability shall have been removed, then upon the death
of such beneficiary the then principal, together with any accum-
t ~
~ulated income shall be paid over to the estate of such beneficiary.
The powers granted to my Trustee under this Will shall be
applicable to any principal or income dealt with in this Article

"NINTH" and shall continue until actual distribution of such

principal and income.
Each beneficiary of any trust created by this Will is hereby

restrained from anticipating, encumbering, alienating or in any
~ other manner assigning or disposing of his interest in either
,corpus or income of the trust estate, and is without power to do
~so, nor shall such interest be subject to his liabilities, or
obligations or to judgment, garnishment or other legal process,

or bankruptcy proceedings or any claims of creditors or other

'parties. ,
:i ~'ENTH: Anything in this Will to the contrary notwithstanding.
