EXHIBIT "A"
who were living at the time of my deaths and upon the expiration ~
of such period all trusts shall terminate and the assets thereof

ELEVENTH: As used in this Will unless manifestly incompatibl

~~shall be construed to include the plural and vice versa, and ~
pronouns of any gender shall be construed to include the masculine,!

~~feminine and neuter genders. ~

~ 'TWELFTH: For all purposes of this Will or any codicil to it !
sand the disposition of my estate hereunder, adopted children (and
'their issue whether or not adopted} of any descendant of mine
,shall be considered and treated in all respects the same as
descendants by blood.
