ORDER PROBATING WILL AND FOR LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
This the !yam day of March, 198fl, came on to be heard the
written Application of Joseph E. MacAleer a resident of
Florida, who has appointed~WAYNE I. FAGAN of San Antonio, Bexar
County, Texas, who may be served at 750 GPM South Tower, 800 N.W.
Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas, as his resident agent for service
of process, for the probate of a certain instrument in writing,
dated the 23rd day of biay, 1979, and now produced in Court being

filed herein with said Application on the ~ day of March, 1980,
purporting and alleged to be the Last Will and Testament of Jayne
M. Russell, Deceased, which said Application is also for Letters
Testamentary and due proof being taken in the manner required by law,
and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that this Court
has jurisdiction and venue over this Estate, preceding subject matter-

and that every citation and notice required by law has been duly;
f issued, served and returned in the manner and for the length of time
required by law; and it being proved to the satisfaction of the Court
~ that the Testatrix, Jayne M. Russell, at the time of executing said
Will was at least twenty-one (21) years of age, was of sound mind
and died on the 25th day of February, 1980, at San Antonio, in Bexar
County, Texas, that such Testatrix executed such Will with the
formalities and solemnities and under the circumstances required by
~ law to make it a valid Will; that the same has not been revoked by
such Testatrix and that it is entitled to probate; and it further

appearing that the Applicant, Joseph E. MacAleer, was named in said

Will as Independent Executor without bond that he is entitled by law
to Letters Testamentary, is willing to accept the trust and to qualify
